Thirsty Owl Wine Company was started by Ted and Jonathan Cupp in 2002 and has been led by Jonathan ever since. They utilize 100% Finger Lakes fruit in their wines, 85% of which is estate-grown using sustainable farming practices. The winery has also used solar power since 2012.
